As the world unites for SDG Action Week 2023, we are excited to share our dedication to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the honor of being nominated for the SDG Action Award 2023.

The SDGs

In 2015, the United Nations introduced the SDGs, a set of 17 goals addressing global challenges, from poverty and inequality to climate change and environmental protection. These goals provide a roadmap for a more sustainable and equitable world by 2030. At Sumthing, we've aligned our mission with the SDGs, with a particular focus on Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, Goal 13: Climate action, Goal 14: Life Below Water and Goal 15: Life on Land.

Goal 8: We believe that having good jobs and a strong economy is really important for everyone. By supporting Goal 8, we want to make sure that there are good job opportunities for all and that people and communities have a chance to do well financially.

Goal 13: Climate change is a big issue that affects us all. We are committed to taking action to combat climate change and its impacts, ensuring a sustainable future for the generations to come.

Goal 14: We care a lot about our oceans and the life in them. We work hard to protect and take care of our oceans because they're vital for all life on Earth.

Goal 15: The health of our land and the nature on it is crucial. We take part in projects that help protect the land and use it in a way that's good for the environment and for our future generations.

By backing these SDGs, Sumthing is taking its part to make the world a better place. We believe that by following these goals, we can make a positive and long-lasting impact on our planet and the people who call it home, leaving behind a legacy of progress for the future.
