As our Head of Marketing, you'll take the lead in growing Sumthing from an emerging player into the global nature support platform.
Working directly with the founding team, you'll guide bold growth initiatives including:

• Shape and evolve our brand strategy so it resonates with our target audiences
• Create and oversee campaigns that significantly grow brand awareness and our active supporter base across the Netherlands and beyond
• Build meaningful partnerships with influencers, media, and like-minded organisations
• Establish and refine metrics to track brand awareness, sentiment, and movement growth
• Experiment, learn, and use data-driven insights to engage and activate our target audience
• Design and implement community-building initiatives that turn supporters into ambassadors
• Strengthen our brand with a consistent and recognisable story across all channels (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Boost visibility and awareness through thoughtful use of earned, owned, and paid media

We’re looking for an experienced marketeer who:

• Is passionate and purpose-driven, cares deeply about nature, and strongly believes in our mission
• Has proven experience building recognisable brands, preferably in purpose-driven organisations
• Understands digital marketing principles and channels
• Brings a data-driven approach to marketing decisions and strategy
• Is proficient with HubSpot, Klaviyo, and other digital marketing tools
• Excels at managing external agency relationships and maximising value of such partnerships
• Can develop and execute B2C and B2B marketing strategies, with emphasis on B2C
• Is comfortable using digital tools like Canva, Figma, Google Analytics, and leveraging AI
• Understands how to collaborate with sales to generate B2B leads through inbound marketing techniques and account based marketing
• Thrives in a startup environment where flexibility and initiative are essential
• Takes ownership of projects and can work independently with minimal direction
